DARINDA J. DICK, MSN, RN
President/Chief Executive Officer
Darinda joined WMMC as Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in October 2013. During her tenure as CNO, she successfully led efforts for WMMC receiving national certifications through The Joint Commission in Normal Delivery and Bariatric Surgery by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program. In addition, Darinda led numerous initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and financial stability.
Dr. PAUL D. POLYCHRONIS
Board Certified Counseling Psychologist
Paul is a board-certified counseling psychologist and a Past President of the International Association of Counseling Services. He is Director Emeritus of the Counseling & Psychological Services Center at the University of Central Missouri. Since 2015 he has published fourteen scholarly articles on clinical practice.
Emergency Management Director
Troy began his career in Public Safety at the age of 17 when he obtained his Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B) certification. Troy holds multiple certifications along with experience in Fire/Rescue, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Law Enforcement, Death Investigation (Manner & Cause Determination), as well as Emergency Management; specifically certification as a Missouri Certified Emergency Manager (MoCEM)-Level 2.

Deb was raised in MIssouri, spent 20+ years in Pennsylvania working in a large corporation and feels blessed to work at Care Connection for Aging Services with a terrific bunch of people united in a common goal of making a difference for the aging in our community. She has volunteered with the Alzheimer’s Association, American Red Cross and other civic organizations.
